1. The cabinet materials and shelves are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with a thickness of 1.0mm, and key components use 3mm materials.
2. The door is inlaid with 3.2mm tempered glass.
3. The cabinet and shelf surfaces use an electrostatic powder coating process composed of 13 procedures. The surface coating ensures a service life of over 15 years, and the powder material is from the US brand DuPont. The surface coating has passed ROHS environmental testing, being the first unit in the industry to pass the test. The surface resistance is 10⁶~10⁸ ohms. This surface treatment provides permanent anti-static effects. Color is blue-black. Standard parts of the cabinet are all stainless steel standard parts. The cabinet’s plastic spray passes a 5% salt spray test for up to 500 hours (national standard is 48 hours), demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance.
4. The flat pressure handle lock is integrated in the design with anti-theft function. The cabinet is equipped with movable brakes on casters for easy mobility and stabilization.
5. Digital display of temperature and humidity, with temperature and humidity displayed separately, no need to switch. 
6. The humidity sensor uses an original Swiss imported SENSIRION low-drift sensor. The humidity display error is within ±3%RH. The sensor is digital and has automatic device fault tracking function, and panel sleep function. 
7. Temperature error is ±1℃. Humidity display range is 0~99%RH, temperature display range is -9℃~99℃. 
8. The digital tube is a high-brightness digital tube made in Taiwan. The design also uses special lighting technology, ensuring brightness while saving 60% of display power, meeting current low-carbon economy requirements. 
9. The humidity display section has a calibration adjustment device, making it convenient for customers to perform annual inspections and easily restore any excessive display deviations to normal values. It also facilitates customers' daily inspections and adjustments. 
10. The product has passed ROHS environmental certification, CE certification, and holds multiple invention patents.
